1. Initial Inquiry

Reach out to us via our contact form, email, or phone. Please include information about your home, lifestyle, and experience with Pugs or dogs. This helps us find the best match between our puppies and your family.

2. Puppy Selection

Once a litter is available, we provide photos, videos, and personality details for each puppy. Families are welcome to ask questions and schedule virtual or in-person visits if possible.

3. Reservation with Deposit

To reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your puppy and confirms your commitment.

  • Balance Payment: Remaining balance is due before pickup or shipping.

Deposits are applied toward the total adoption fee. Once full payment is received, your puppy is officially ready for their new home.

Each puppy comes with:

  • Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming

  • Health records and a 2-year written health guarantee

  • Spay/neuter agreement, unless otherwise discussed

We also provide guidance on diet, training, and general care to ensure a smooth transition to your home.

5. Pickup or Shipping

Pickup: Families are welcome to visit and collect their puppy in person. We can arrange a convenient time to meet and ensure a smooth transition.

Shipping: We safely transport puppies across the USA using trusted ground or flight carriers. Shipping dates are coordinated to minimize stress and ensure a comfortable journey. All shipping details, including travel crates and carrier instructions, are provided before departure.

6. Lifelong Support

Our support doesn’t end when your puppy goes home. We offer lifetime breeder support for training, health, diet, and behavior. We’re always here to help you navigate puppyhood and beyond.
